The application provides functionality to manage health records of ambulatory patients for their general primary care. Including patient intake, SOAP notes, diagnosis, vitals, encounters, lab orders, e-RX and help managing clinical workflow efficiently.

OBSGYN-EHR is an intelligently designed PMS for both prenatal and postpartum care that comprehensively captures and manages all data points of the patient journey arising from examinations and patient diagnosis. It includes the first-trimester risk calculator, which is available to FMF certified and registered practitioners.

The product streamlines the processes of documenting and evaluating patient diagnoses. Based on the data captured the proposed product will also be able to make suggestions to further improve the existing workflow.

This system will be used to provide home care to disable patients and provides a fast, easy-of-use, robust solution for the care providers and patient shifts management.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency and its role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. NDIS provides grants to disabled patients to take home-care services which help to improve their lives.

We developed this system for the Home care service providers who provide daycare providers to NDIS-approved patients.

The purpose of the app is to streamline the process of conducting clinical trials by facilitating efficient screening and scheduling of members registered with insurance providers. By providing a platform for collaboration between all the stakeholders, the project aims to enhance the safety and effectiveness of new therapies, vaccines, and diagnostic procedures.

The platform assists insurance and healthcare providers to screen and schedule health screenings for registered members The app will be designed as a white label product for healthcare providers to purchase and involves importing member data provided by insurance providers in a flat file format into a database. This data will be used to schedule screenings with Medical Assistants (MA) and Nurse Practitioners (NP). During the screenings, the MA and NP will collect relevant information, and coders will assign codes based on the provided details.

This system will be used by rehab facilities to manage the electronic medical records of the mental and behavioural patients that come through the facility.This will include their assessments, treatment plans,clinician notes, e priscription necessary documentation, reporting, billing data, and other necessary system functions to run their addiction recovery clinic.
