Patient centric and mobile, this app enables healthcare practitioners to curate, create, and share patient medical information in multiple ways. This informs, educates and engages patients and the care team about diagnosis, treatment and discharge.

The main goal of this application is to provide a platform for better interactivity between a provider (doctor) and a patient. It empowers patients with a holistic view of their healthcare data and experiences.

The proposed solution aims to develop a Telehealth E-Commerce Platform that will enable patients to browse listed skincare products. Upon selecting a product and adding it to the cart, the system will prompt patients to register and complete combined questionnaire for intake and product related inputs e.g. few questions to collect their medical history, such as allergies, medications, and medical conditions and others product specific questions.
Once the questionnaire will be complete, the prescription request to be sent to the dermatologist for his review and the patient will be notified about the prescription request accordingly.

The proposed solution will not onboard other providers as of now, it has its own dermatologist to view prescription requests and he can approve or reject prescriptions requests.

A SAAS-based telehealth platform connecting patients with the right specialist using a reliable, secure, and easy-to-use virtual healthcare platform for a second opinion. Here a patient can get a detailed report based on his uploaded medical documents prior to an appointment. Also, Patients can communicate and consult with the doctor via video conferencing and chat messages to understand and discuss the report in detail. The platform has the purpose to overcome distance barriers and improving access to medical services. Majorly the platform includes:

The client sought to improve the existing design and develop a user interface (UI) for new modules within their innovative fitness platform.
