The application ensure early intervention by identifying and engaging high risk employees to drive employee engagement.

This system will be used to provide home care to disable patients and provides a fast, easy-of-use, robust solution for the care providers and patient shifts management.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency and its role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. NDIS provides grants to disabled patients to take home-care services which help to improve their lives.

We developed this system for the Home care service providers who provide daycare providers to NDIS-approved patients.

Our platform bridges the gap between international workers and students and mental health professionals in their home countries. It offers a culturally sensitive approach to behavioral health by connecting individuals with therapists who understand their unique cultural backgrounds, communication styles, and specific needs. An intelligent hybrid of wearable technology, artificial intelligence (AI) through an algorithm based matching helps in selection of right health coaches who in turn help in creating the right health and wellness program . Algorithm feeds on users' health and wellness data through a HRA based questionnaire. Based on the responses, the AI-enabled engine creates a personalised health and wellness plan, along with a closest match with a fully qualified and accountable health coach.The coach validates and amends the plans to ensure the best results. The app also offers integration with popular fitness trackers, medical devices, and smartwatches that help users track their performance, nutrition, and get notifications for guided regimen adherence.

The proposed solution aims to develop a Telehealth E-Commerce Platform that will enable patients to browse listed skincare products. Upon selecting a product and adding it to the cart, the system will prompt patients to register and complete combined questionnaire for intake and product related inputs e.g. few questions to collect their medical history, such as allergies, medications, and medical conditions and others product specific questions.
Once the questionnaire will be complete, the prescription request to be sent to the dermatologist for his review and the patient will be notified about the prescription request accordingly.

The proposed solution will not onboard other providers as of now, it has its own dermatologist to view prescription requests and he can approve or reject prescriptions requests.
