This project is a feature-rich SaaS platform designed to streamline and manage the medical billing and administrative tasks of acupuncture offices. It includes functionalities for super admin, sub-admins (staff/medical billers), acupuncture office admins, and providers.

The Super Admin Panel for Medical Billing onboard acupuncture offices and medical billers. They have the functionality to view claim cases, assign tasks, and monitor their status, enhancing workflow management and operational efficiency.

Saytem allows providers/healthcare practitioners to concentrate on their patients while medical biller handle the insurance paperwork. The platform includes a providers/healthcare practitioners panel where individual providers can manage patient appointments, create SOAP notes, handle encounters and allowing the creation and submission of super bills. It also given provision to provider who is using their own EHR to export patient encounter via SFTP, and further allowing the creation and submission of super bills.

The Medical Biller panel is designed to streamline various billing and administrative tasks. The dashboard provides an overview of total cases and tasks assigned. Task management features allow staff to list, review, and edit visit details, including super bill codes, and save updates.

Saytem supports claim submissions to clearinghouses, both individually and in batches, creating EDI 837 I files, and generating CMS-1500 forms.  Submitted claims can be tracked, acknowledged, and managed, including handling rejections, editing claims, and resubmitting them. It also supports ERA payment management and processing secondary or tertiary payer claims.

Auto Case Creation

In auto, case creates each referral is matched with the existing patient in the system on the basis of matching criteria system sets the Referral Status, and here the possible referral status. 
Match note found – If no referral found any match with the existing system, in this case system converts that referral into new patients and assigns a case Id to this referral. 
Review Matches – This status is set when there are multiple matches for a referral, in this case, a manual process happens, in this process user selects particular patients and links that patient to this referral. 
The new case created – When a referral is converted to a patient and gets a case id then the referral’s status becomes a new case created.

Auto case creation is a technique when a referral is received in the form of an XML file, then this file gets parsed in our product and the information resides in xml files gets saved in the database in sections like Referral Basic Info, Address Info, Diagnosis Info.
