The Medication Adherence Mobile Application aims to address the critical issue of non-compliance with prescribed medication regimens. The goal is to create a user-friendly and intuitive app that encourages and assists individuals in adhering to their medication schedules, ultimately improving overall health outcomes.

It is a patient monitoring project for hospitals/clinics used to deliver an easy and accessible solution to monitor and screen peripheral vision, initially targeting glaucoma eye disease. Patients can do their tests without interacting with the doctors directly. Instead, they can use their computer/laptop/iPad and use the software in web form so they can do their eye test through the webcam.

The primary objective is to develop a comprehensive Online Therapy MVP that will provide a safe and accessible space for individuals to connect with professional therapists and psychologists. Tailored to the unique needs of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the project aspires to set new standards in the mental healthcare landscape of the region, offering an unrivalled experience with a wide range of services and features. The application will strive to be robust and highly secure, not only meeting the expectations but exceeding the aspirations of the targeted audience in need of mental health support. One key feature of the solution will be the ability for clients to browse a comprehensive set of assessment questionnaires (intake quiz) and be matched with the most suitable therapist respective to the diagnosed underlying problems, as well as the ability for users to purchase subscription tier-based service packages. Along with the integration of video call functionality, using a third-party service like Twilio or Vonage. This will allow the service provider and their clients to communicate remotely, increasing the accessibility of the services being offered.

 

Functionality of this application lies in supporting a project through its lifecycle – from front-end planning, project initiation through design and procurement, and throughout the course of construction and closeout. From a risk management perspective, it helps anticipate problems and avoid pitfalls in cost, scheduling, and scope by performing comprehensive project assessments, improving the project controls framework, and conducting schedule analysis employing advanced techniques such as risk-based, probabilistic scheduling.

We migrated the existing on-premises system, and various aspects of the application into server less components by utilizing the AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda Functions, SES, SNS, CloudWatch. That benefit in creating an application that is no longer tightly coupled with SharePoint and provide a more robust, yet lean, solution to be extended in the future.
