The proposed solution aims to develop a Telehealth E-Commerce Platform that will enable patients to browse listed skincare products. Once the questionnaire will be complete, the prescription request to be sent to the dermatologist for his review and the patient will be notified about the prescription request accordingly.

The proposed solution will not onboard other providers as of now, it has its own dermatologist to view prescription requests and he can approve or reject prescriptions requests.

Consultations here on this platform can either be self-paid or via insurance, claims will be submitted via this platform and after manual reviews by insurance team, it will be processed outside.

Platform will have both subscription-based model for different services providers enrolled in this platform along with a small % fee on each of the transaction that happens through this platform.
